Before joining MendenFreiman, Dan served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Chainalytics, a global supply chain consulting and analytics firm. He has also held leadership roles as President, COO, and CFO in various privately held growth companies across diverse industries, including software, scientific instrumentation, engineering, and real estate development. Throughout his career, Dan has successfully managed numerous strategic international business transactions, including an initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell sides, debt financings, joint ventures, and real estate purchases and leases. Dan’s extensive experience and strategic insight make him an invaluable asset to MendenFreiman as we continue to empower the future for our clients and our firm.
