Flannery F. Josey

Associate

Flannery Josey is an associate attorney with a focus on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law. Leveraging six years of prior experience as a paralegal and legal assistant, she offers clients a comprehensive understanding of the field. Flannery has helped clients create foundational estate plans through wills and revocable trusts, navigate complex trust strategies, administer estates, establish guardianships and conservatorships, and form new businesses.

As an Atlanta native and a fluent ASL speaker, Flannery has always been dedicated to accessibility and clear communication. Growing up with Deaf parents shaped her commitment to inclusivity and sensitivity in every client interaction.

Outside the office, Flannery balances her love of the outdoors—whether biking, kayaking, or hiking—with a deep-seated passion for music, running a record label that produces small-batch cassette tapes for emerging musicians.
