Emmaline began her legal career with MendenFreiman as a Summer Associate in the firm’s business law practice area. While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Emmaline made significant contributions to the University of Georgia’s Business Law Clinic. There, she represented small businesses, nonprofits, start-ups, and entrepreneurs, providing guidance in business entity formation, contract drafting and review, and assistance with regulatory navigation. Her involvement in the clinic underscores her commitment to supporting the growth and legal health of businesses at various stages of development.
